Let me introduce myself, my name is Jerahme Wetzel and I currently have over 15 years experience in Mortgage Originating and Real Estate Investing. I’ve had the opportunity to close loans all over the south east from North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and now where I currently set up my shop here in Florida. I am currently licensed to Originate in FL, GA, AL and Tennessee. I have experience with FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional loans. I work with a full range of borrowers and especially enjoy thinking outside the box to meet special financing needs of my clients.
